Working at MK:U

MK:U aims to transform the way we think about education and we need you on our team!

About MK:U

MK:U is a new type of approach to undergraduate education, focusing on new technologies and widening participation in STEM.

Based in Central Milton Keynes and designed to fill urgent skills gaps in digital and technology industries across the UK, we aim to bring the future closer.

MK:U is part of the Cranfield educational family; our degrees are designed with industry and backed by Cranfield University.

Our Innovation Hub opened in March 2022 helping small businesses and innovators develop and grow their ideas.

We are a challenger brand! We aim to:

  • Redefine undergraduate education, producing work-ready graduates for the future economy and meeting industry needs;
  • Enhance education and skills attainment levels;
  • Raise local aspirations and improve external perceptions of MK through delivery of a key place-making institution;
  • Boost economic growth, regionally and nationally.

An MK:U person is….

Up for a challenge. Innovative. Curious. Values diversity and inclusivity. Ambitious. Team player. Entrepreneurial attitude. Resilient. Flexible. Not afraid of failure. Has a ‘can do’ attitude and is able to think on their feet!
