Unconference

After the tremendous success of last year's Unconference session, we're giving attendees another opportunity to take control of the session, share their expertise, and provide an opportunity for attendees to engage in an unfiltered exchange of innovative ideas.

How does it work?
1. Propose session themes for the Unconference in the morning.
2. Vote for the session theme that excites you most.
3. Sessions with the most votes will be announced after lunch.
4. Lead or take part in a session of your choice in facilitated small groups to exchange ideas and connect with others.

What do I need to do?
You could play it loose or come prepared with some ideas! To kickstart your thinking about a session you could run, ask yourself:
- What challenges and opportunities are particularly interesting or relevant to your business?
- What are you struggling with that you would like to get input on from your peers?
- Do you have any success stories you want to share?

Use your answers to these questions to think of potential session themes to propose.

Below are some of the proposed sessions from last year's Unconference session:
- The internet of green things
- AI: Over-hyped or under-used?
- How to decarbonise your supply chain

- Stuck lives: The crisis of human/ecological wellbeing
- How to maximise customer retention in a Start-Up

It’s a really empowering, compelling way to approach a conference - the more you put in the more you get out.
